About Ssimplifi
Ssimplifi is a bootstrapped software company founded in Bengaluru, India, in 2026 by Ravi Patel. It builds developer tools for AI API workflows. Its first product, Prism, is an OpenAI-compatible API proxy used by developers calling Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google models.
The story
Ssimplifi ships developer tools for working with AI APIs. Every product exists because the founder hit the problem directly, couldn't find a clean solution, and figured other developers were probably hitting the same wall.
Prism routes every incoming request to the cheapest model capable of handling it — Claude Opus, Sonnet, or Haiku from Anthropic; GPT-4o or GPT-4o-mini from OpenAI; Gemini 2.5 Pro or 2.5 Flash from Google. Integration is a one-line URL change (OpenAI-compatible endpoint). Session memory and provider failover are built in.
Ssimplifi is deliberately small: no VC funding, no team, no office. One person shipping fast and fixing things quickly when they break.
About the founder

Ravi Patel is a qualified Chartered Accountant (India) who never practiced. After qualifying, he took the self-taught builder route — building software directly instead of advising on it.
He builds with Claude Code as a collaborator. Based in Bengaluru, India. Interested in small, sharp tools that do one thing well and can be integrated in under five minutes.
If you've hit a developer workflow problem that nobody has solved yet, he'd like to hear about it — ravi@ssimplifi.com.
